Leadership in Action - 2 day Training Course
This is a 2 day programme run in-company or
as an external programme
This is a "hands on" training course and is
ideally suited for those who like to learn best by
doing, reflecting and learning.
The programme balances indoor and outdoor activities and review. In addition to this
the programme examines how to balance the three aspects of leadership, the job, the
individual and the group.
